Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items

Custom-made or altered abayas

Items damaged due to improper use or washing
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or design, subject to stock availability

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchange shipping will be covered by customer
Returns & Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded as original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
