Return & Exchange Policy

At Haya Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality abayas and modest wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or altered abayas

  • Items damaged due to improper use or washing

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or design, subject to stock availability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Exchange shipping will be covered by customer

Returns & Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded as original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
